The space

Bedroom 1

Located on the ground floor, this bedroom features a tranquil view of the front garden. Neutral decor, a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, and ample hanging space create a cosy retreat.

Family Bathroom

The spacious, ground-floor family bathroom boasts floor-to-ceiling tiles, a bath with overhead shower, WC, basin with storage, an illuminated anti-fog mirror, and a heated towel rail—a haven for relaxation. We will provide towels and mini toiletries for use during your stay.

Bedroom 2

Situated at the rear of the property, this ground-floor bedroom opens to a small patio with a bistro set, perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning.

The room includes a double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. The ensuite offers a walk-in shower, WC, basin with storage and stylish finishes.

Lounge

On the first floor, the expansive lounge features large windows overlooking the rear of the property. With modern decor, a comfortable four seater sofa and a 50” Smart TV, this space invites relaxation and entertainment. You are welcome to use the complimentary WiFi and TV to sign in to your favourite streaming platforms during your stay.

WC

Conveniently located on the first floor, the WC offers practical amenities with a basin, mirror and cupboard storage.

Kitchen

Also on the first floor, the kitchen is a culinary delight with stylish multi-tonal cabinets, wooden flooring and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, electric oven and full size integrated fridge/freezer.

The kitchen dining area accommodates up to eight guests with a glass door leading to a small balcony with a bistro set, the ideal spot to unwind after a day out.

Bedroom 3

The top-floor bedroom features carpeted flooring throughout, a single bed, bedside table and a window overlooking the front garden. A second temporary bed can be placed in this room upon request, please advise in advance of your stay should you require this. The third bedroom has an ensuite comprising a shower, WC and basin.

Bedroom 4

This spacious top-floor bedroom boasts a grey upholstered double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe for storage. The ensuite is complete with a corner shower, WC, basin with storage, mirror, and a heated towel rail.
