Family Bathroom

The family bathroom boasts floor-to-ceiling tiles with a stunning textured tile accent wall and modern fixtures. A bath with overhead shower, WC, basin, heated towel rail and a generously sized mirror create a pristine and inviting space. We will provide towels and mini-toiletries for use during your stay.

Open plan kitchen/lounge

The heart of the home is an open-plan space adorned with pale grey laminate flooring and contemporary lighting, including both modern spot lights and on trend rattan pendant lighting.

The kitchen frames the dining area and boasts high gloss cabinets with an effortlessly stylish herringbone tile splashback. The kitchen features an integrated full size fridge/freezer, four ring electric hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and is well stocked with crockery and cooking equipment.

The dining area features a modern oval table with modern padded seating for four guests. This area is versatile and can be used as a workspace as needed, with complimentary WiFi included as standard.From the communal entrance hall, you will step into an inviting grey laminate-floored hallway which is illuminated by natural light. A chic console table complements an on-trend circular mirror, creating an immediate sense of modern elegance. A storage cupboard houses a washer/dryer and an ironing board, ensuring convenience at your fingertips.

Master bedroom

Moving further into the property you will find the master bedroom, adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame unparalleled views of Poole Quay. The king-size bed, neutral colour palette, and luxurious carpets exude stylish tranquillity. Ample storage is provided by a built-in mirrored wardrobe, bedside tables, shelving unit and contemporary console table.

The ensuite to the master bedroom is a sanctuary of luxury, featuring floor-to-ceiling tiles and continues the neutral colour palette. The room features a walk-in double shower, WC, basin with a large mirror above and a heated towel rail. We will provide towels and mini-toiletries for use during your stay.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom boasts a stunning velvet-upholstered king-size bed and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the picturesque Poole Quay. Luxurious carpets and curtains add opulence to the space, while a large chest of drawers and bedside tables provide useful storage. The king size bed can be split into two single beds upon request making this room ideal for business guests, friends or children to share.

The lounge is bathed in natural light as a result of the floor to ceiling windows with views across Poole Quay. Despite this, the lounge still maintains a cosy feel with a sophisticated neutral three seater sofa, high gloss console table, glass coffee table and area rug. A wall mounted 50” Smart TV offers the opportunity for guests to sign into their preferred streaming platform and enjoy a movie night.
